Hello, I'm Isabel.
I'm a qualified life coach based in Norfolk, supporting educators, leaders and professionals who feel stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain about their next steps in life. I help you create space to think clearly, understand what's going on for you, and move forward with more confidence and direction.
My journey
Before becoming a life coach, I spent over 25 years working in education, including as a headteacher.
During that time, I supported people through challenges, change, and moments of self-doubt and I saw how powerful it can be when someone is truly listened to, understood and encouraged to find their own answers.
That experience showed me something important:
Many people don't need more advice, they need space, clarity and support to reconnect with themselves.
That's what led me to coaching and created my approach.
My coaching style is calm, supportive and non-judgemental.
I won't tell you what to do, instead I help you explore your thoughts, uncover what's holding you back and find your own direction forward.
Clients often tell me they feel heard, understood, less overwhelmed and positive about their future.

My Approach
My approach is calm, structured and practical to help you to untangle your thoughts and move forward with confidence.
We begin with a focused 60 minute
'Clarity Session', to understand what's really going on then we can move onto a 6 week
'Clarity and Direction Programme' to build direction and momentum or our 12 week
'Personal Change Programme' for deeper change or more complex life transitions.
If you are feeling unclear, heavy or stuck, the first step is usually a 'Clarity Session',for space to pause, reflect and understand your situation more clearly so you can move forward with confidence.
You don't need to have everything worked out, just a willingness to start.
